Fen Psychotherapy & Counselling is a mental health counseling agency located in Toronto and Ottawa, with a professional team of registered psychologists, registered psychotherapists, and registered social workers.
We provide counseling and psychotherapy services for children (6 years and older), teenagers, and adults, helping clients cope with psychological distress such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal problems. Our therapists offer consultations in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and provide in-person consultations in Downtown Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough, while also supporting online counseling throughout Ontario.

If direct billing is not available under your plan, payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. A receipt will be issued after each session for reimbursement. Some insurers accept direct submission but still require upfront payment, with reimbursement issued later.
