Fen Psychotherapy & Counselling is a multilingual and multicultural mental health counselling clinic serving clients in Ontario and British Columbia. Our professional team includes Registered Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists (RP), Registered Social Workers (RSW), and BC Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).
We provide counselling and psychotherapy for children (6+), teenagers, adults, couples, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges.
Our diverse team provides services in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino, Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati, offering culturally responsive mental health support in the language clients feel most comfortable using.
In-person appointments are available at multiple locations, including Downtown Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough, with online counselling available across Ontario and British Columbia, subject to clinician registration and eligibility.

If your insurer is listed below, we may be able to submit claims on your behalf. Please note that therapists may be registered with different insurance companies, so direct billing availability varies depending on the therapist you see.

If direct billing is not available under your plan, payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. A receipt will be issued after each session for reimbursement. Some insurers accept direct submission but still require upfront payment, with reimbursement issued later.
